Account Manager

Main Duties and Responsibilities:   To achieve sales quotas by working with the team, to obtain orders from existing customers and establishing new accounts; To call on customers to analyze opportunities, identify key personnel, and develop a strong business relationship; Identify needs and coordinate with presales and product managers to develop quotations and solutions in accordance with customer requirements; Respond to Request for Proposals on time and be responsible to negotiate and close orders, as well as to assist in case there’s an escalation related to payment to ensure payments are issued on time from customers; To focus on customer retention and new business penetration within assigned products and geographic territory; Ensures customer satisfaction by monitoring the sales process from data collection through order acceptance to delivery in a timely and professional manner.   Requirements: University Degree in Computer and Communications Engineering (CCE) or computer science; Minimum 5 years of work experience in selling relevant products; Excellent oral and written communication skills; Excellent presentations’ skills and ability to transmit the value proposition of the product to the customer; Good project management, organizational and prioritization skills; Extensive sales skills, including prospecting, account planning, needs analysis; Demonstrating and presenting, negotiating, and proposal writing; Self-confident; highly motivated; ability to work under minimal supervision; good analytical; Fluent in English, Arabic & Kurdish languages.   Working Condition :   (5) Days per week & (9) hours per day (Starting from 8:00 am till 5:00 pm);   How to Apply :   You can apply by either scrolling down or clicking on "Apply for this position" tab or by e-mailing your   updated CV  to (   )   with the job code and title of the position in the subject line.
