Operation & Maintenance Manager

  Main Duties and Responsibilities:   Set up and implement policies and procedures in the assigned entity; Lead and supervise the daily operations for both Operations and Maintenance Departments and ensure a smooth workflow; Prepares / reviews regularly spares / stores plan and reports including setting targets and discounting strategy; Hold P&L responsibility through planning and executing all operations within the budget; Implement planned and unplanned maintenance strategies in line with CMMS requirements; Refine / implement CMMS process / procedures with the Control Room; Prepare operational contingency plans such as FMEA mitigation plans; Ensure proper preparation of the plans for the designated operation in accordance with the company strategy and direction; Join in setting company strategy plans; Prepare in line with Control Room and General Manager plans for loading, unloading, testing and modifications in line with requirements; Ensure effective allocation for material plan implementation of resources; Implement performance management systems to optimize staff performance; Cooperate with other departments to fulfill assigned tasks; Take the leadership of Health & Safety implementation within the O&M teams and ensure risk assessments are maintained and undertaken appropriately and compliance with agreed Work Permitting processes; Provide leadership for ensuring suitable equipment is provided on site for the required works; Maintain Confidentiality of information; Ensure compliance with all local applicable laws and regulations; Ensure customer service focus and satisfaction; Miscellaneous tasks within the scope of work, as assigned by the direct manager.   Requirements: Bachelor degree in Engineering, Science or equivalent; Minimum 10 years in a Maintenance Management position within the same sector; Experience in maintenance planning and oil depot operations; Relevant experience in oil distribution and local knowledge of Kurdistan local region; Interpersonal skills, Communication skills,  Strong Business Sense, Planning & Organizing skills, Negotiation skills, Decision making, Leadership skills, Integrity and Commitment; Fluent in Arabic, English and Kurdish is a plus.   Working Condition :   (6) Days per week & (8) hours per day (Starting from 8:00 am till 4:00 pm);   How to Apply : You can apply by either scrolling down or clicking on "Apply for this position" tab or by e-mailing your updated CV to ( jobs@erbilmanpower.com ) with the job code and title of the position in the subject line.
