Administrative Officer

Main Duties and Responsibilities:   Coordinate office activities and operations to secure efficiency and compliance to company policies; Supervise administrative staff and divide responsibilities to ensure performance; Manage agendas/travel arrangement/appointments/etc. for the upper management; Manage phone calls and correspondence (e-mail, letters, packages etc.); Support budgeting and book keeping procedures; Create and update records and database with personnel, financial and other data; Track stocks of office supplies and place orders when necessary; Submit timely reports and prepare presentations/Proposals as assigned.     Requirements: University Degree; 1-2 years experience; Excellent organizational and leadership skills; Familiarity with office management procedures and basic accounting principles; Excellent knowledge of MS office and office management software (ERP etc.); Qualifications in secretarial studies will be an advantage; Fluent in Arabic & English languages.   Working Condition :   (6) Days per week & (8) hours per day (Starting from 8:30 am till 5:00 pm);   How to Apply :   You can apply by either scrolling down or clicking on "Apply for this position" tab or by e-mailing your   updated CV  to (   )   with the job code and title of the position in the subject line.
