Main Duties and Responsibilities : Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy; Support current and future business needs through the development, engagement, motivation and preservation of human capital; Develop and monitor overall HR strategies, systems, tactics and procedures across the organization; Bridge management and employee relations by addressing demands, grievances or other issues; Nurture a positive working environment; Manage the recruitment and selection process; Oversee and manage a performance appraisal system that drives high performance; Maintain pay plan and benefits program; Assess training needs to apply and monitor training programs; Ensure legal compliance; Administer compensation, benefits and performance management systems, and safety and recreation programs; Provide current and prospective employees with information about policies, job duties, working conditions, wages, and opportunities for promotion and employee benefits; Perform difficult staffing duties, including dealing with understaffing, refereeing disputes, firing employees, and administering disciplinary procedures; Advise Officer/s on organizational policy matters such as equal employment opportunity and sexual harassment, and recommend needed changes; Plan and conduct new employee orientation to foster positive attitude toward organizational objectives. Requirements Bachelor's degree in Human Resources fields, Msc. Degree is an advantage; Minimum three years of experience in a related area; Fluency in English and Arabic languages; Advanced computer skills including MS office package; Flexibility to travel to Mosul when work requires; Knowledge of HR systems and databases; In-depth knowledge of labor law and HR best practices.
