Main Duties and Responsibilities : Maintains the work structure by updating job requirements and job descriptions for all hotel positions; Preparing monthly payroll sheet for all the employees; Conducting orientation and introduction for new joiners; Building and maintaining good relationships between the employees and the management; Ensuring planning, monitoring, and appraisal of employee work results; Visiting government ministries and offices for work matters; Ensuring legal compliance by monitoring and implementing applicable human resource laws and policies that comply with the local laws; Maintaining the HR department guidelines by preparing and suggesting human resource policies and procedures; Other tasks that might be assigned by the management.
